RAIDEN includes a built-in feedback tool that sends your message directly to the RAIDEN team. You can report bugs, suggest features, ask questions, or share general feedback without leaving the app.

How to send feedback

  1. Look for the Send Feedback button in the RAIDEN interface (typically in the top navigation or settings area)
  2. A modal will open with feedback options
  3. Select the feedback type that best describes your message:
    • Bug Report — Something isn’t working
    • Feature Request — Suggest an improvement
    • Question — I need help with something
    • General Feedback — Anything else
  4. Set the severity level (if applicable):
    • Critical — Blocks you from using the app
    • High — Significantly impacts your workflow
    • Medium — Noticeable problem but workarounds exist
    • Low — Minor issue or nice-to-have
  5. Fill in the Title — a brief summary of your feedback
  6. Fill in the Description — what happened, what you expected, or steps to reproduce (for bugs)
    • Include as much detail as possible
    • The current page URL is automatically attached to help us investigate
  7. Click Send — your feedback goes directly to the RAIDEN team

What happens next

All feedback is reviewed by the RAIDEN team. We typically respond within 1–2 business days for critical issues. For urgent issues affecting your security operations, you can also email support@raidenhq.com with URGENT in the subject line.

Tips for better feedback

  • Be specific — “Users page crashes” is better than “Something broke”
  • Provide context — Include the case/alert ID, tenant slug, or specific steps to reproduce
  • Mention your environment — Browser, OS, or any unusual setup details
  • Screenshots help — If you can describe the issue visually, attach a screenshot
